Our Hair is projected to last customers anywhere from 3-5 years. The longevity of your hair depends on how well you can for your hair. This raw human hair and must be treated as such. A proper hair care regimen should be is required when dealing with raw hair. Below you will find some hair care tips that we strongly recommend to be enforced.

Please wash the hair before installing. Use a Sulfate and Paraben free shampoo and conditioner. Before washing we advise that you detangle the hair from ends to roots to prevent shedding. A wide tooth comb is ideal for detangling. Wash the hair with lukewarm water and rinse with cool to seal in moisture. Use a little bit of leave in condition to aid with moisture and health of the hair. Use a towel to pat hair dry and leave out to air dry. A hooded dryer may also be used to dry the hair. Using a blow dryer should be the last resort especially if you aren’t a licensed professional because you may use too much heat and cause strand breakage. If you’re using a blow dryer we do recommend using a heat protectant on the hair and using cool heat to dry.

Deep condition the hair every 2 weeks. Because the hair has been cut from its donor it isn’t receiving the nutrients needed. So that nutrients must be manually inserted back into the hair to keep the hair healthy. Use a hair mask and leave it on for the instructed time.
